Dear Accessssindians,

After a net transaction, I received a message from my bank stating  that I
accessed internet banking from different IP address whereas I accessed from
the same ISP which I am using since two years.  Is there any possibility of
changing IP address by the ISP?  I am wondering because I used internet
banking at the same time which was mentioned in their mail.
