Hi, You will need to buy a static IP address from your internet service provider. If you have a standard Internet plan then your IP address is dynamic. Who is your service provider? Usually, each geography has its own pool.

If you haven't done anything in relation to IP address then it'd be dynamic, the default and it can change per session.
