Hi,

You will need to buy a static IP address from your internet service provider. If
you have a standard Internet plan then your IP address is dynamic. Who is your
service provider? Usually, each geography has its own pool.

How to know whether the IP address in question is static or dynamic.

If you're using a static IP address then it's less likely to change
from the ISP end. If you haven't done anything in relation to IP
address then it'd be dynamic, the default and it can change per
session.
