We hav a long way to go. There is utter confusion in the railways at the
moment. I have spoken to them but still we have a long long way to go. We
wil have to advocate carefully. Passwords themselves are a cause of problem
and we must think clearly before we start going all guns.

what i understand from so far development is that this is under
consideration and soon the action plan would be announced officially
from the indian railways followed by IRCTC.

When I leaf through IRCTC today, I could find the booking facilities
for person with disability. Really great. In the "Plan my travel"
page there is checkbox "I'll book in handicap concession" and we have
to check it to book concessional ticket. And in the page the list of
train appear, there is radio button to select "Phisically Handicap"
quota as well to book the seats in that quota. However, while I
entering the details of passengers, I was unable to select the ID card
type. It was only a trial. Please say about it who have booked the
ticket online.
Did anybody get the ID card? Want to know the details to apply it.
