Hi, I have red the following text on the IRCTC website under the heading of updates and alerts: Concession based Internet ticketing for physically challenged persons at present available using the Photo Identity Cards issued by Northern Railway, being a Pilot Project
So does this mean that the respective rail offices will issue some special id cards to PWD passengers? Also let me share that though OTP option is available while logging in but if some one wants to signup for a new account, there is no option of OTP and only captcha is available.
