i'm also looking for the same, on IRCTC website, on journey planner page, after selecting physically handicapped quota, and while entering passenger details, there r 3 options in the combo box, handicapped, escort and general. So what has to be selected to avail consession for both passenger and the escort. And where do we get the desired ID card of railways?
