The model is Philips AquaTouch AT890/20 Wet and Dry Rechargeable Electric Shaver with Pop Up Trimmer. I think the battery backup is about an hour. Length of each shave depends on how regularly you shave of course but it is usually much quicker than 10 minutes. I haven't clocked it precisely of course. I don't know if I have hard beard or not.
