Dear Avinash,

Can you give an indicative list of topics on which we can write?  I
think everyone writing on the entire PWD act might not be easy.  We
can divide into sections like education, employment etc.  Is this in
lines with your concept?

Also, should it be specific to states?  I may be interested in writing
about employment in banking which is not a state specific subject.
Would you accommodate topics like this?
