I wrote to Binky admin off-list but seems he did not get my mail. So may I write to him here.
Dear Sir, I'd like a new command to be added to new version of Binky. Smth like FILE_SIZE_INFO <URL> It would allow to find out a file size without downloading. Having such info, user can take a decision whether to start downloading. It often happens that a big file ordered eats up quota completely, making user to wait for a FORTNIGHT !
