Hi all,

I feel a bit irresponsibile for not mentioning this fact - that there
is an archive at www.mail-archive.com - because I found and used it
over a year ago. I wasn't aware that (or didn't think that) my
address could have been harvested from there, nor do I know whether
spam directed at me used the newest email address from that site.
All I know is that because of so much spam I run my own mail server;
I have managed it without spam for a while now but the hits still
climb.

Thanks for the light; I am very much against spam and, especially for
Accmailers, would like to see it squished. I would further take
steps to finding out how mail-archive.com is acquiring the ACCMail
digests unless it is subscribed, because this kind of single
subscription giving access to large archives is the most alarming
cause of spam and completely defies the purpose of secured, confirmed
subscriptions.

Any extra info is appreciated.

Kind regards,
Sabahattin
