Newsmail is easy to set up and works really well (though I'm still struggling with Newspost). Here is some information about the downloads for other subscribers The author's website is http://www3.telus.net/public/irelam/ "NEWSMAIL provides Newsgroup articles as either a Digest collection, or as separate messages into the Pegasus Mail NewMail directory. It can be used to reply to postings downloaded to Pegasus Mail by my NewsMail application." http://www3.telus.net/public/irelam/newspost.zip (84 kb) The Pegasus mail download page is http://www.pmail.com/downloads.htm These downloads are large, for example Pegasus Mail version 4.42 32-bit for Windows is 7.1Mb. So that will be a problem for people using email-only methods. However, newsmail works as a standalone program. The resulting files can be read in any text editor -- not as convenient as reading them in digest format, but the content is all there in the correct order.
