Display artifacts as BundleNames instead of the filename

Do not show filenames of uploaded bundles, instead:
- list bundle names
- show versions in new column version
- collapse bundles names by default, not showing specific version's
- on expanding the bundle name, show all available versions of that bundle
This also allows the user to bind non-version specific bundles in a features
