Compaq Deskpro EN SFF (Intel BX chipset based, [EMAIL PROTECTED]) cannot poweroff with kernel 2.6.15-26-server (Ubuntu 6.06.1 LTS server). Boot parametr "acpi=force lapic" is fix for this probem. Poweroff on this machine worked fine with Debian 3.1 and kernel 2.4.27-3-686.
