With acpi=force pci=noacpi", the computer boots, recognize the usb but not the
wireless card. 
I tried to be attentive in making these reports, so I just hope I did not make
mispelling in options to kernel.

I am quite newbye and do not know how to toggle between kernel versions. Take
attention that I use this computer to make my office work everyday, all day. 
But if you provide me precise instructions with steps, and how to reverse back
in case of problem, I may try. I use the stable xubuntu 7.04, so I use the
embedded kernel of this version.
