I would like to confirm what has been reported by Stephane on 32bit, using
kernel 2.6.22 and 2.6.23. Fans are not controlled by userspace, but they are
working correctly (automatically) when the CPU on-core temperature increase
above 55C.
I confirm that with both those kernels 64bit linux version present the problem
of the absence of temperature updating.
