Will you please try the attached debug patch ? (using the latest kernel.)
It is noted that you should enable the ACPI debug function and boot the
system with the option of "acpi.debug_layer=0x04000 acpi.debug_level=0x01f".
After the system is booted, please execute the command of "cat
/proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info" several times and attach the output of dmesg.
