Hello,
I'm using an Acer Aspire 5315-101G08Mi (BIOS version 1.23), with an Intel
Celeron 540 (32 bits) and have experienced the same problems: the fan does not
start when resumed from hibernation, leading to overheat.

After trying some random solutions, I found that adding "noapic nolapic
acpi_osi=!Linux" to the kernel parameters solves the problem completely, with
no keyboard/mouse problems. Moreover, there aren't APIC errors anymore.
