so, I added to crontab (every minute) the commands:

acpi -V >> acpi.log
cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state >> acpi.log
cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info  >> acpi.log

and checking now in acpi.log the presence of any problem I can say: NO problems
so far

does it mean anything ? 
how long should I test it to make sure for 100% ?
if it is ok: would it be included in kernel directly or we should live with
patching kernel ?
