------- Comment #37 from [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2008-09-18 18:39 ------- Hi, Alexey Maybe the issue on some Asus laptops can be fixed by your patch.(Of course there still exist some warning messages before EC driver is loaded). But maybe other laptops will be broken by your patch. If the EC I/O definition in ECDT table is corrected and that in DSDT is incorrect, it will be broken by your patch. In theory there is no such a laptop. But who knows. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.kernel.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ acpi-bugzilla mailing list acpi-bugzilla@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/acpi-bugzilla
