Stephen reported that on 2.6.30, closing the lid of an HP/Compaq 6910p laptop
causes an oops (see attachment). This worked correctly in 2.6.29.4, so this is
a regression.
If Stephen unloads the "button" module, the laptop locks up instead of oopsing
when closing the lid.
