So.. possibly a better fix is to have the suspend script read/save the current
max_cstate value, set it to zero afterward before suspending.  Then on resume,
the resume script could restore the old value.

This way, everything ought to work well enough.  Ideally, I expect this should
really be done in-kernel, since that's where the bug is.
