I am experiencing the problem with my Samsung N145 Plus and kernel 2.6.37, too.
I noticed that disabling Hyper Threading in BIOS or at runtime (echo 0 >
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online) helps. Can someone confirm this?
Furthermore all the devices mentioned in topic seem to have Hyper Threading
capable processors.
