Same mechanism as the existing dmi_enable_osi_linux entries; claims _OSI("Windows 2022") which restores 31-33 W charging on this machine (verified). Not yet sent to linux-acpi -- held pending the outcome of HP warranty case #5163282638, which will be referenced in the cover letter.
