Does the domain account have NTFS and share permissions to the share on the
other server?
I'd turn off the basic authentication and just use anonymous access.
Both computers are in the domain?
Are you using Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject") or just
CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")? If the former, try the latter.
I'm not sure about this, but if you use the former, the account that
connects to the other server ~may~ actually be your iWAM account as opposed
to the iUSR (or your replacement for IUSR).
