Ah, okay.  You changed the anonymous usage to use this domain account now
instead of the IUSR account.  If the user doesn't already have access, this
new domain user will need rights to the actual ASP files on your IIS server.
Do you know what I mean?  Like, if you have D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\website, and
the only users who have NTFS permissions to it are Administrators and
IUSR_computer, then the new account you setup will not have the rights to
access the asp pages for the requests that you send with your browser.
