Thanx again David, they have no choice but to put that much amount of 
data on their website, they're a governmental institution and people 
turn out to their website for vital information, the reason why they 
want to break it a part is to increase loading per page, as most of 
people here use dial-up connections. What surprise me that why 
they're letting a non-expert ASP developers to do the job and not 
handling this issue to an IT solution company. Any way, I think the 
solution became clear now, thanx again David.
