Ok here's one that boggles my mind.  I have a domain, and a host.   The
folder structure is 'normal' such as:
   Root
     Sub
     Sub
 
Using VS2003, how would one create a project for the ROOT folder?   You
can't specifiy  www.pogowolf.com as the 
project folder it needs to be a subfolder.
 
if that's not possible, then what files are needed to be FTP'd to the host
to allow everything to work?  I created a simple
welcome page at home, and then FTP'd the files and got all  sorts of errors.
Mostly about it not being able to find
a few inherits, and the code behind class (which isn't a big deal since it's
all HTML at the moment)
