What happens in http if a browser ignores a no-cache directive?
The browser ignores the new version and uses the cached version.
Or the user clicks the cancel or reload button? Is there a packet sent that Active4D stops execution?
No, there is no "cancel" message in http. The browser breaks the connection with the server, so whatever Active4D generates goes nowhere.
Putting in a work around to take care of double clicking a submit button was bad enough.
You can disable a submit button in javascript after it is clicked. That avoids double-clicking.
