I checked Mantis and didn't see any mention of this, but am wondering if
"local datetime to utc" and the similar conversion commands would have
been affected by the recent changes for extended daylight savings time?
I'm seeing off by one hour errors on one system we run.
We're using Active4D 4.0.2.
Unfortunately, this is still running on a Mac with 10.2.8 (which might
be the problem). Upgrading the OS is not an option at this time. We will
move the system to newer hardware in the future.
