wondering if "local datetime to utc" and the similar conversion commands would have been affected by the recent changes for extended daylight savings time? I'm seeing off by one hour errors on one system we run.

Unfortunately, this is still running on a Mac with 10.2.8 (which might be the problem).

That is definitely the problem, no patch was made for 10.2, only 10.3 and 10.4.


Upgrading the OS is not an option at this time.

Yes, that is LANL: doing cutting edge science...on ancient software! ;-)
