Guess I didn't know it was available - it would have made it too easy! This was 
so long ago I can't remember the details. Think it was actually before we had a 
lot in Active4D and we were using on connection hooks. I think I just saved the 
fdf data in a test case and used that as a template. The whole concept was 
scrapped when we had to provide an alternate method for customers that had 
restricted or no internet connection. We ended up using PDFPlugin to populate 
scan-able forms produced and process by TeleForm.
