What happens if you enter http://myhost/SUImages/210/21005/210050261.jpg directly in the browser? What happens in Terminal if you do: cd /path/to/web_static/ ls SUImages/210/21005/210050261.jpg If the ls doesn't work, your symbolic link is not correct.
