Yes, I have read the docs, don't see an examples there so I am doing the trial 
and error method

the "uploads" directory is located in the "web" directory and I have added 
"uploads" the "safe doc dirs" as well in the ini file

safe doc dirs = /uploads/

Now, this may be wrong, but without any examples I am trying all sorts of 
things.

Using 4.5b7 on Mac
