Aparajita,

I need your help with this one. I think this is the same issue I encountered
earlier with the response headers. I was using "set response header with a
Content-Type of text/xml and you directed me to use "set content type". In
this case I cannot.

It is a problem for me because I am loading some of my xml documents with
"DOM Parse XML source", which requires well-formed xml which excludes
active4d tags, and the same document I'm also loading in javascript where
active4d tags are sometimes needed.

I need A4D-executable xml documents to return a content-type text/xml, when
there are no active4D tags possible in the document and .xml is an
executable document type in Active4D.ini.

Thanks!!!
David Ringsmuth

Perhaps you intended to make it work this way.

Below are the response headers displayed when an XML document is served by
active 4D from the root directory "with" .xml as an executable document type
in Active4D.ini. Notice the Content-Type is text/html.

Server: 4D_v11_SQL/11.7.0
Date: Wed, 29 Dec 2010 21:19:08 GMT
Cache-Control: no-cache
Content-Length: 1431
Content-Type: text/html; charset=windows-1252
Expires: Wed, 29 Dec 2010 21:19:08 GMT
Pragma: no-cache
