That is a legacy of our old Netlink code. Recall that I have 4D serving
both Active4D and a legacy 4D web app from the same structure. We don't
actually use Netlink anymore but were able to retain those URLs when we
moved to ITK then later NTK. Those URLs, while not legal, work in the
legacy app. Changing them now would take a lot of work.

What I'm doing is slowly trying to replace all of the Netlink Code with
Active4D. I wish I had the time and budget to do a total rewrite, but for
now I'm trying to do it when an existing Netlink Style page needs a major
feature enhancement. I haven't had much trouble mixing the two in the
past, but did hit this same problem on a very rarely used 'admin' page
before. I was able to provide the users with a workaround. A workaround
won't work for this case though.
