I've been playing with SublimeText, but find it cumbersome. I use Dreamweaver regularly; the code editor sucks, but the WYSIWYG is useful, as well as the site management tools. I'm on Windows.

I've only took a brief look into Textmate so far, but the Active4D plugins, which IMHO only exist for Textmate, seem to give this editor a significant advantage over other editors.
