Hi Garri, Caveat - I may be referring to a problem that Aparajita fixed, and I just don't remember.
A long time ago (2007-2008) we had trouble with a 3G Verizon network connection on a laptop. A4D routines were not called on the 4D 2004 client, but yet the client would crash on startup. By removing the plug-in, it solved the problem. This customer did not use our web tools, so that was an option. It happened again with another customer. We removed the Verizon network connection on their laptop, and that did NOT solve the problem - only removing the plug-in did. (So know I wonder why I write this - but at least it is an idea.)
