Well, you can - but it is meant more for entity to entity, e.g. forest
to forest, NT Domain to Windows 2000.

A migration from domain to domain within the same forest effectively
ends up being a move of security principals - there is no option or
ability to disable the source account and maintain it.  Looking st the
construction of SIDs and RIDs, this makes sense, though.
