Rick,   Thanks for the suggestion, but it still is not working. I tried to run the MMC /A from Start->Run and the window still closed on me. I am trying to add a site directly from the DC. When you create a new site it creates the site and is supposed to create a folder under the site named "Servers". Then when you run DCPromo it puts the server into the "Servers" folder under the newly created site. If that "Servers" folder does not exist then DCPromo or the move will fail. I open it back up and the site is created, but the server container underneath it is not created. This happens on several DC's within in AD.
