And I hate to admit being wrong, but you are right. :-)
 
When we first patched all our machines, it was only supported on SP3. However, as you stated, it has been regression tested woth SP2 and is now supported. Our company would have to sign a waiver with pss to do sp2, but we are sp3 and higher anyways.

I hate to disagree, but the minimum requirement for MS03-026 DCOm Vuln patch is Windows 2000 SP2.

The patch to stop the MSBlast virus only requires SP2 be installed on the machine.
