[ActiveDir] Dcpromo Failed On Windows 2003.Urgent!!!

We had two domain controllers with w2k sp4 (A and B) then we add a new one 
with windows 2003(C) .We transfer all of the master roles to this windows 
2003 server(A to C). After that we demote one of the windows 2000 domain 
controllers(A).We installed freshly windows 2003 to A but when we want to 
promote it  fails with this error:
09/16 19:46:16 [INFO] Error - The promotion failed because the name of local 
computer is the name of a predefined security identifier.  Please rename the 
computer. (8571)
09/16 19:46:31 [INFO] NtdsInstall for gateway.local returned 8571
09/16 19:46:31 [INFO] DsRolepInstallDs returned 8571

Any recommendation?
