How long have these things been around? Normally, AD will retain references to a deleted DSA for 0.5 X tombstone-expiry. If you really want to clean them up, then you'd need to use one of the expert switches in repadmin to tell the KCC to remove all of the connection objects and let it rebuild the connections. ADSS isn't going to expose the deleted DSA connections, so it's won't really help.
