Do you have the Group Policy Management console installed? If you do you can create either HTML or XML format report which includes all the applied settings relevant to your implementation. (You have to created a separate report for each GPO)
Depending on how many policies you have in place transferring these, in my experience, to the spreadsheet format can be quite time consuming. The HMTL report could save you a lot of time.
