Yes there is a built in tool in windows 2000 named cacls
 
Open a command prompt and type cacls

We use setacl  (setacl.sourceforge.net).  Can dump ACLs in a couple of different formats.

Basically I want to take report on the permissions given to the users in the File and printer server.Does windows 2000 server have the inbuilt tools or does any third part tools satisfy my requirement.
