Yes, it's okay, with the crashdump caveats that you've already acknowledged and accommodated.
It's also a good idea to split pagefiles across multiple spindles for performance reasons when possible. I don't know if that's relevant in your case, but whenever you have the opportunity to split pagefile across disks (not partitions, disks), you get an associated read/write bump as a result. P.S.
