With my limited knowledge i could do a project in perl for linux apache server which includes server and client socket programming using IO-Socket. i am using multithreading which works fine between linux servers. i have few clients who have windows NT servers. So i want to implement the same thing in Windows NT. But unfortunately Nt servers are not supporting multithreading which actually they have incorporated in the newer version(perl 5.6.0). all the documents says due to bugs multithreading in NT for perl version they have by default switched it off. but we can get it working by switching it on back again. could u please help me in this regard. i have read that u have worked a lot on these applications. if u could help me out i can complete an exciting project in style. i have downloaded the active perl version(5.6.0) with multithreading . if u could guide me it might be of great help. i don't knoe how to recompile perl in NT. Few guidelines might be of great help. i am working in california . regards, sujesh pulikkal Sujesh Pulikkal Consultant RocketCash Corporation email : [EMAIL PROTECTED] phone : 650-938-6000 extn : 2242 mobile : 650-281-5582 home : 650-368-4728 _______________________________________________ ActivePerl mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/listinfo/activeperl
