Here is my situation.

I have two controllers like this.

some_controller.rb and some_controller_active_scaffold.rb

In the active scaffold controller I have set up the AS columns,
sorting, filtering etc.

In the some_controller index.html I have this <%= render
:active_scaffold => :some_active_scaffold %>

The some_controller is restful.

What I want to do is to override the show method so that it goes to
some_controller_path(@something) in other words /some/:id

I can't seem to be able to find the magic sauce to do this. I can't
figure out how to pass the ID on to the controller.

This part is easy..
config.show.link.action = "show"
config.show.link.controller = 'some'

How do I specify the ID of the item here?
config.show.link.parameters = {:id => id}
