I ran Google's PageSpeed against my site using ActiveScaffold. It reported
45 very inefficient rules, 47 inefficient rules, and 6 potentially
inefficient uses of :hover. For example:

   - .active-scaffold-header div.actions div.action_group li a Tag key
with 4 descendant selectors and Class overly qualified with tag and Class
   overly qualified with tag

I am a novice when it comes to CSS performance, but I wonder if there are
worthwhile improvements to be made? If so, I'd be happy to investigate
fixing this up. Anybody got any thoughts?
