Hi Aimee,

We also do not maintain physical handbooks, our online version is the official
copy. We do keep historical files of our policies in both hard copy and digital
files. Here is the relevant sentence from our 'policy on policies':

"Instead of maintaining printed copies of the UAP, departments and other units
should refer to the online version of the manual on the UNM Policy Office
website to ensure that they refer to the most recent versions of the policies."

Have a great day!

Subject: [acupa-l] Maintaining Physical Policy Handbooks

Good afternoon,

I am curious to know if other institutions with online policy libraries are
also maintaining a physical handbook for students and employees.

Thank you.

Aimee
