Yes it was good. 
 
FYI - Buglife has B-lines (pollinator habitat creation) heading your way.
Project co-ordinator is my colleague Paul Evans. It is at the early stages.
I'm hoping I can get involved at some point - we all need to support the
work (with only 3% of South Downs actually being decent grassland).
 
PS It was good to help with the Ovingdean planning objection work in 2014 -
I hope Buglife's input made a little difference. Need to defend all those
fragments of chalk grassland and fight as hard and rough as the developers
and their reps!

Interesting piece on BBC Radio 4 just know claiming that Britain was
probably the world leader in biological recording.
 
They had a chap from Nottingham on for some time.  He was a slug recorder
and gave a good account of how important recording was.
