2007-01 was supposed to solve that, but its intentions as a reclaim/return incentive are not being implemented for ASNs at the moment. Let's see how the board and the members react to your statement at the last AGM. I'm not sure we should create another garbage collection mechanism. I would prefer the NCC to implement the existing one :) Cheers, Sander
